Your household
Preview· this portal is a design mock. No cards are charged. Board review pending.
Pay online
$25 a year.
Thirty seconds to pay.
Card payment, instant email receipt, and the member roster stays up to date automatically. Mailing a check still works — this is just for households that’d rather not track down an envelope and a stamp.
For the board
Why this matters to PLIA specifically
Collection rate
A card path collects dues from households that currently skip the envelope
Mailing a check is the single most-cited reason cabin households defer paying dues. A card option removes that friction without changing who owes what.
Treasurer workload
Vicki stops hand-entering households
Roster updates become automatic. Checks still arrive — they just represent a smaller share of dues payments each year.
Escrow transparency
Spray escrow gets a live total
Live running total, visible to members. Donations to the escrow can happen any time, not only with the annual check.
How auto-renew protects the association
- • Opt-in only. Default is one-time. No household is auto-enrolled.
- • 14-day email heads-up before every renewal charge.
- • Members self-cancel from the receipt link. Treasurer never mediates.
- • Rate changes re-confirm. If the annual meeting raises dues, auto-renewals pause until each household approves the new amount.
- • Failed cards flagged. If a card expires or bounces, the household drops back to mail-a-check status — same as missing this year’s envelope.
- • Estate safety. Any household can cancel directly; no heir has to chase the board to stop a charge.
